The PS Vita is still in its early years, and you can tell that titles on this platform should logically get more and more interesting. Here is a music-based title known as Sound Shapes, and some might not even consider this to be a game in the first place. While it features level creation and platforming, the main focus lies on its rhythm-based musical experience which you will have to take control, just like a game. Some think that this is a simple platformer at first glance, as memories of Loco Roco flood back where you control an amorphous blob which is attracted to select surfaces, while you pick up orbs along the way as you duck lasers and enemies. For those who play sans sound, it definitely would not be able to offer all that the developer wants you to experience. I’d suggest getting a pair of headphones to go along with Sound Shapes, where this title basically transforms it into an interactive music creator.
