Electronics and clothing rarely go together, but when fused by a creative mind well, then you can be sure that you have a masterpiece on your hands. The TeKila dress is one of those unique creations by Shipping Toohey, who works as a Design Tutor at the Victoria University of Wellington. Having designed this light animated dress, the main inspiration behind it would be alcohol. Yes, you heard that right, alcohol. She was fascinated by the kind of geometric color pattern that tequila exhibited when studying different alcohols under a microscope, and hence, it kickstarted her passion to come up with something totally different from what we have seen on the catwalks thus far. I guess this dress, while stunning on its own already, would look far better when you have had your fair share of tequila shots, don’t you think so?
