As more and more Android-powered smartphones and tablets roll out, manufacturers would do well to include the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich version out of the box right from the get go. Sony takes heed by introducing the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update for a trio of handsets – the Xperia arc S, Xperia neo V and Xperia Ray outside of the Nordic region, as folks living across Europe and Asia have already ensured that their respective smartphones would have been up and running with the latest version of the Android operating system without a hitch. For those who are still scratching their heads as to whether their smartphone has already been updated, just make sure you keep a keen eye out for your SI number from this particular list, and you should then know for sure – or be disappointed. There does not seem to have any notable complaints for those who have already made the update, so it should be all systems go.
