New Call of Duty game to be announced 1st May

Last Friday we reported on a leaked poster that suggested that Activision could be launching a new Call of Duty game come 2nd of May. That may very well hold true thanks to Activision updating the Call of Duty website with a splash page stating that come 1st May, there will be a “World Reveal”. Could this be the announcement of Black Ops 2? While there certainly is a possibility, over the weekend rumors of a Call of Duty: Eclipse were spotted as well which has suggested that Eclipse could be the codename for Black Ops 2, or it could be the title of the game itself. It has also been noted that the logo for Call of Duty has been modified ever so slightly, giving itself a more military stencil feel to it.
