EverQuest II: Skyshrine is the latest update

EverQuest II, being free to play since last December, is back with a new update known as Skyshrine. Skyshrine is one large citadel, and this game update will also see the introduction of the vast Withered Lands. Expect a slew of content to be included in Skyshrine, in addition to other exciting add-ons for fans of its most recent expansions, namely Destiny of Velious and Age of Discovery.

Those who already have the Destiny of Velious expansion will be pleased to hear that Skyshrine is jam packed with content updates such as a level cap that has been raised to 92, an outdoor zone in Withered Lands which will include over 100 quests, solo, small groups, and raid content, and epic storyline events with Heroic Group and Raid endgame instances. Not only that, you can also ride on the all new Drake mount, acquiring new tradeskill quests and new items which has been woven into the story arc itself.
