If you were not part of the throng who picked up a ticket to Apple’s WWDC 2012 event within the first two hours of its tickets being sold on the open market, then chances are you have already missed the boat to be an attendee, and with greater restrictions imposed by Apple now, you cannot have someone else transfer their ticket over to you. Many developers who are unable to attend WWDC simply because of a lack of tickets might want to hang around though, thanks to the alternative that Indie Developer Labs provide. Basically, Indie Developer Labs will be an open area where developers are given ample space to work, free Wi-Fi connectivity, as well as an open environment that will help you connect with other developers. A hackathon event is also in the works, and the IndieDevLab will happen in the midst of WWDC madness – that is, from June 12th to June 15th in San Francisco.
