twitter bb

With BlackBerry Jam coming up, here’s another tit-bit for BlackBerry users to look forward to. RIM has rolled out an update for its official Twitter client. The latest update will bring it up to version 3.0.0.24 and comes along with several changes and fixes. The changelog to the latest version brings a fix to the issue which prevented some users from launching the application, a fix to a freezing issue some users went through when connecting to BBM, limited valid username characters when signing up for a new account via the client, the re-enabling of profile location mapping for latitude/longitude coordinates and the continuous loading bug when certain tweets were being accessed has also been rectified. Like many BlackBerry App World updates, it might take some time for it to reach everybody so if you’re looking to get your hands on the latest version of BlackBerry’s official Twitter client, you can just click here.
