lawsuitApple is currently looking to settle their legal disputes with both Samsung and Proview, and now you might be able to add HTC to that list. As you guys are probably painfully aware by now, some HTC devices have been held up at the US Customs over an ITC (International Trade Commission) ban that was enacted last year. According to Florian Mueller of FOSS Patents, the US District Court of Delaware has ordered lawyers and other “decision” makers to get together and to discuss a possible settlement.

At the moment it is not clear who both companies will be sending as representatives, but given that Tim Cook will be present at the Apple and Samsung settlement talks, it would not be completely out of the question for him to make an appearance here as well. In any case these talks are expected to be held a couple of days before the Apple and Samsung talks which will be taking place on the 21st and 22nd of May. Be sure to stay tuned for more updates!
