Blizzard says that they are working hard to deliver a post-launch patch for the fastest selling PC game to date, Diablo 3, as early as next week. This patch will be released alongside a bunch of other server updates as well as incoming fixes. According to Blizzard, this post-launch patch will “further address client issues and apply additional bug fixes.” Hopefully this will be able to help introduce some stability into the game, as gamers were subject to quirky servers that had gone all moody.

Apart from that, the real-money auction house does not have a release date just yet, despite being supposed to be made available online earlier this week. However, it was pushed back after the game’s launch recently, and is now delayed indefinitely. Blizzard has just this to say about the situation, “More information soon.” Hopefully their “soon” would jive with our version instead of “indefinitely”, as gamers tend to be an impatient lot.
