A couple weeks back, we reported on the Ematic eGlide XL Pro 2, an Android 4.0 tablet that will retail at $219.99. If you thought that the asking price of $219.99 was a bit expensive for your liking, the company has recently announced the eGlide Steal. For a price of $119.95, users will be able to get their hands on a tablet running on Android 4.0, but given the tablet is quite a “steal” (pun wholly intended) at that price, concessions had to be made in terms of hardware, so if you’re looking for a power house Android tablet, the eGlide Steal might not be for you. However if you’re not too fussed about hardware and you just want the ICS experience, you can expect to find a 1GHz processor under its hood with 1GB of RAM along with 4GB of internal storage. If 4GB isn’t enough, Ematic will be providing customers with an additional 5GB of cloud storage and the eGlide Steal will come with a microSD card slot for further memory expansion. The tablet will feature a 7” display, a front-facing camera and will run on Android 4.0. Not too shabby, huh?
