Good news Motorola Droid RAZR and Droid RAZR MAXX owners, if you’re looking forward to finally updating your devices (officially) to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, well according to the Motorola Android 4.0 update schedule, it looks like the update is expected to arrive on both of your devices by the end of Q2 2012. Other Motorola devices that will be graced by the update includes the 3G version of the Motorola Xoom, while the Droid Bionic, the Droid 4 and both the 8.2” and 10.1” versions of the Droid Xyboard tablets (a.k.a Xoom 2) will be seeing the update in Q3 of 2012. Unfortunately if you own the Droid X2 or the Droid 3, it seems that you will be missing out on the update, although Motorola has since issued a statement explaining why this is the case. No specific dates were mentioned but check back with us and we will update you once more information has been made available.
