AT&T has decided to avoid rolling out the Samsung Galaxy S2 Skyrocket HD simply because they have a far better device in tow – the Samsung Galaxy S3, of course. According to The Verge, Samsung’s Ryan Bidan mentioned to them that with the recent introduction of the Samsung Galaxy S3, it has rendered smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy S2 Skyrocket HD irrelevant – at least in the high end smartphone segment, although there might be people out there who feel that having a smartphone without residing on the high end scale is right up their alley. If you had been all prepared to fork out good money for the Samsung Galaxy S2 Skyrocket HD, just how do you feel after hearing about news like this? Does it make your blood boil, or do you think that it is a good thing after all? I guess the Galaxy S2 Skyrocket HD is the right phone at the wrong time and wrong place.
