For those who might be a little tight on cash, you guys might have been trying to decide between spending an extra $100 on the Droid RAZR MAXX over its sibling with a smaller battery, the Droid RAZR. Well the good news is that if you’re still in the market for an Android device, Verizon has officially slashed the price of the Motorola Droid RAZR MAXX down to a slightly more affordable $199.99 on a new two-year contract. For those unfamiliar, the Droid RAZR MAXX is essentially the Droid RAZR except with a larger 3,300mAh battery. However as with price cuts, we can’t help but agree that it could be a sign that a new phone is around the corner – could it be the RAZR HD that was originally spotted in China? We guess we will have to wait and see, but in the mean time if you don’t mind getting the Droid RAZR MAXX for $199.99, head on over to Verizon’s website for the details.
