About a week ago, we reported that Verizon had started sending out text messages to Droid RAZR/RAZR MAXX owners informing them that the Android 4.0 ICS software update was imminent. Unfortunately no specific dates were mentioned although recently there have been reports that Droid RAZR/RAZR MAXX testers were being issued the Android 4.0 update. Well the good news is that if you own either device, the update could be closer than you think as Motorola has updated their website detailing the Android 4.0 ICS update for the RAZR/RAZR MAXX. The website is pretty detailed and gives users a ton of information on what they might be able to expect, although the question we have to ask is, where is the update? Well the good news is that according to reports, the Android 4.0 ICS update for both devices are expected to begin rolling out today although we expect that it will be rolled out in batches, so fret not if you have yet to receive it. For those who might have received the Android 4.0 update, let us know in the comments below on how it’s treating you!
