Developers able to reply Google Play comments now

If you are a developer who has managed to register and list the fruit of your labor and hard work on the Google Play Store, you would surely be able to find some folks listing down comments – be they bouquets or brickbats, some comments just need responding to. Unfortunately, Google had always prevented developers from replying those comments, leaving their hands tied when it comes to defending oneself or to provide an explanation. Good thing Google has decided to change their stance on this matter, where folks who picked up a Top Developer badge are now able to test out the new comment replying system.

While being able to attend to users’ comments would not automatically mean that one is able to perform a miracle in making changes to the app overnight to fix whatever possible bugs there are, it is still a start and at least people are able to interact with the developers and vice versa, forging a closer bond between both parties.
