It seems that when it comes to their favorite Android version, Google thinks that Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich could be a crowd favorite. So much so that they submitted the design at the Parsons School of Design’s User Experience 2012 award, and it turns out that the majority seem to agree which is why Google has walked away with the Gold Prize for the best platform experience! If you’re wondering why, be sure to check out the video above which a compilation of Google ads, where around the 2 minute mark you will see the inspiration for “Holo”, a term which Google uses to refer to this user experience.
