It might be a case of being a little bit too late for those who are rocking with T-Mobile as their wireless carrier of choice when it comes to the kind of tablets they can purchase from the carrier directly. There is word going around that T-Mobile has inked plans to launch their own version of the Samsung Galaxy Note sometime later this year, at least this is what Cell Phone Signal reported. The handset in question is touted to arrive later this July 11th – which is around three weeks away, where it will feature Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich as the operating system of choice right out of the box.
So far, comments on the availability of the Galaxy Note over at T-Mobile have not been too flattering, as we are talking about the Galaxy Note 2 arriving very soon – circa October this year. I guess this applies only to those who are not interested in making sure that they have the latest and greatest devices around, and do not mind something that hails from the previous generation.
