It looks like the folks over at Verizon waiting for the arrival of the Samsung Galaxy S3 will have to wait a little bit further. Last week, we wrote to you that the Galaxy S3 could arrive at Verizon on July 9. The news came after Droid Life leaked a screenshot that said “pre-ordered phones will ship by July 9th.” But so far as the rumor is concerned, it was never really publicly confirmed by the carrier. Today, the same publication is reporting that the ship date of the device has been changed to July 10 – just a day behind the previously heard release date. Apparently the reason is still unknown. Oh the perils of speculation. Well, judging from the screenshot above, the release date appears to be slightly legitimate. But experience has taught us not to make any assumptions until they are fully confirmed. So we’ll add a pinch of salt to this report before Verizon let’s it all out.
