When your company has arrived at its 20th anniversary, you know for sure that this is cause and reason to celebrate. After all, this is a computer game company that we are talking about, no less. Blizzard decided to celebrate 20 years of its history by introducing a timeline that has detailed all the major moments in the studio since it first rolled out in 1991. That seemed like such a long time ago, doesn’t it? Mike Morhaime, Frank Pearce and Allen Adham were the three who set up Silicon & Synapse two decades ago, where it eventually evolved into Blizzard.
You will find the timeline a walk down memory lane, where it features images of old offices, retro box arts, BlizzCons as well as performance details of all the studio’s major hit games. It is said that other noteworthy occurrences will be introduced to the timeline sometime down the road.
