Remember our story yesterday concerning select numbers of the Samsung Galaxy S3 cases having issues of chipping off? Well, it seems that the South Korean consumer electronics giant has informed Tweakers.net that they will be running an investigation on all issues surrounding the Galaxy S3’s case problems. Samsung will be offering a guarantee in such a case, and a quick survey on Twitter at SamMobile showed that in just an hour of asking how many Galaxy S3 owners have the same case issues, 20 retweets came about. This should not be read into too much, since there are a lot of factors to take into consideration such as the reach of the website and its Twitter channel, etc. Shame to have Samsung’s flagship handset undergo such an experience, perhaps there needs to be a second look at the manufacturing process of the case itself? I wonder whether heads will roll or not.
