After arriving on Android as an Xperia PLAY exclusive game, it looks like Sony still has control over who gets to play Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light. According to a blog post on the Sony Mobile blog, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is now available on selected Xperia smartphones including the Xperia S and Xperia ion. Those of you with Xperia devices will be glad to know that you now have a new game to play on your phones.
With the game being available on non-Xperia PLAY devices, means that it should have on-screen controls (it used to be gamepad-only) which hopefully means that we’ll be seeing the game available on non-Xperia phones in the near future. Anyway if you have a supported Xperia phone and feel like checking out the game, it’s available now from the Google Play Store for $1.30.
