The thing is, how many of us know just how we will look like before coloring our hair? We can only go by instinct, and if only there was an app for that. Drum rolls please, there actually is an app for that! L’Oréal Paris has just introduced the My L’Oréal Colorist mobile app, allowing users to remove the perils of guesswork when it comes to selecting the right hair color shade. This mobile app will basically function as your personal color consultant.
It is available for free over at the Apple App Store, where you will first be prompted to either “Scan a Shade” or “Find a Shade.” Your first option will enable you to rely on your smartphone to scan the UPC barcode of the L’Oréal Paris hair color product/shade which you are interested in, and if you select “Find a Shade”, stay-at-home and on-the-go users will have to answer a few questions before your shade recommendation is delivered.
