When it comes to the world of mobile gaming, we are presented with numerous choices – whether you want to settle for a dedicated mobile gaming console like the Nintendo 3DS or the Sony PS Vita, or there is another way in the form of your smartphone. Namco Bandai has announced that they will be releasing more than 20 titles for Nokia’s new Asha Touch range of handsets.

The new Asha range actually rolled out slightly more than a month ago, and they are the Nokia Asha 305, Nokia Asha 306 and Nokia Asha 311. All three are part of a colorful range of affordable cell phones which were specially designed to target the young, urban and aspirational people who live in emerging countries. The touchscreen experience offers speedy mobile web browsing, easy access to social networks and gaming, of course.

A grand total of 22 games are available for Asha Touch phones from Namco Bandai, and among the classics include the quarter-eating Pac-Man, in addition to other luminaries such as Flight Control, Soulcalibur, Ace Combat Northern Wings, Final Fantasy, Ridge Racer Drift, and Brain Exercise with Dr Kawashima.
