Folks who use the official Twitter client for BlackBerry should be stoked that the app is receiving a new update today. The app is now bumped up to version 3.1 and features a whole bunch of improvements that should make tweeting from the phone a more pleasing experience. The tweet details page now features more information: you can see conversations driven and a snapshot of users who have retweeted your message. Users can also under retweets from the app by just tapping the retweet icon again.
Users can also now see images from pic.twitter.com in full resolution as well as RIM maps for geolcated tweets. The usual host of bug fixes are also included (reply hotkey not working, accounts being deleted from the app etc). Oh, and the Twitter logo has also been given an update.
