While US Cellular might not be the biggest carrier in the US, we’re sure that there are plenty of subscribers out there who rely on their services maybe due to better rates, better coverage and etc. The good news is that if you’re a US Cellular subscriber, the carrier has announced two new Motorola devices that will be arriving on its network – the Electrify 2 and the Defy XT. Starting with the Electrify 2, the device will sport a 4.3” display, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, Kevlar backing, an 8MP rear-facing camera capable of 1080p Full HD videos and will run on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It is expected to cost $180 (although according to USCC, pricing may vary depending on location) after a $100 mail-in rebate and assuming you sign a new two-year contract.

Next is the Defy XT which features an IP67 durability rating, a 3.7” FWVGA (854×480) display with Gorilla Glass, a 5MP rear-facing camera, a 1GHz processor with 512MB of RAM, a 1,700mAh battery and will run on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. No word on pricing yet for the Defy XT but it is expected to be made available on the 3rd of August while the Electrify 2 is currently available via US Cellular’s website.
