Given that Nokia has pretty much put all of their proverbial eggs into the Windows Phone basket, it is safe to assume that they are currently working on Windows Phone 8 devices, but when exactly can we see the fruits of their efforts? According to the folks at Bloomberg who quoted “a person with knowledge of the matter”, Nokia is set to unveil the company’s new Windows Phone 8 devices in September during the Nokia World event which is taking place on the 5th of September. We guess the choice of location and time isn’t really surprising, and assuming the source is to be believed, the devices unveiled at Nokia World are also expected to go on sale towards the end of the year before the holiday shopping season. No word on what sort of devices we can expect, but here’s hoping that we’ll be in for a treat. Until then, be sure to stay tuned and check back with us regularly as we keep you updated on the situation!
