Samsung logoWhen the name Samsung Galaxy Music comes to mind, you probably think that this is another media player by Samsung, but apparently that isn’t the case. According to SammyHub’s source, it seems that the Samsung Galaxy Music is in fact a smartphone. This device was listed on the list of devices that will be getting the upgrade to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and as the name has suggested, this will be a smartphone most likely aimed at the music enthusiast in mind.

While the device has yet to be announced, the source has revealed that some of its music-centric features include front-facing loudspeakers, a dedicated music button that will launch the music player, built-in FM antenna, SRS and Samsung’s proprietary SoundAlive technology, and is expected to be integrated with Samsung’s Music Hub service. Other alleged hardware specs include an 850MHz CPU, a 3” display with 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory and will come with Android 4.0 which will be updated to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean eventually.
