It certainly seems like Samsung can’t catch a break and a couple of days ago, the US ITC ruled in favor of Apple where they basically said that the Cupertino company did not violate any of the four patents that Samsung claims Apple violated. As it stands it looks like Apple is indeed in the clear, but the case is subject to review from the full commission so there’s always a chance of a reversal, but for now Apple is safe. According to Adam Yates, a Samsung spokesperson:

“We remain confident that the full commission will ultimately reach a final determination that affirms our position that Apple must be held accountable for free-riding on our technological innovations […] We are proud of our long history of innovation in the mobile industry and will continue to defend our intellectual property rights.”
