Motorola’s Social Networks app works very well to check on updates, comment and like
Near the end of last month, we talked about
how Motorola officially announced the Android 4.0
Ice Cream Sandwich update which is making its way towards the Motorola Atrix 2
smartphone – not too shabby for a device that is more than a year old. Well, AT&T subscribers, heads up – the Atrix 2 will be on the receiving end of the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system update, where upon applying this update, it should make your device a whole lot easier to use – not to mention more powerful than you thought.
Some of the features include an improved browser with better page loading, tabbed browsing, offline reading and desktop mode. You will also be able to take advantage of the new lock/unlock features, ranging from the ability to unlock straight to the camera amongst other functionalities. You will be able to perform the update on the handset itself, preferably using a Wi-Fi connection by going to Settings > About phone > System updates.
