Are you still in two minds as to whether to pick up the new Nokia Lumia 920, even after reading our review on it? Well, perhaps this might be the hair that breaks the proverbial camel’s back – it seems that Electronic Arts and Nokia are working together to bring some festive cheer a whole lot earlier, where the normal $2.99 Mirror’s Edge is now going for free – yes, not a single cent needs to be forked out, in the Nokia Collection. Not only that, it has also been on the receiving end of an update to version 1.1.31.0, where this will carry the spanking new Xbox banner on the Tile and (keep your fingers crossed here) some Windows Phone 8 compatibility, as some folks have tried it out on the Nokia Lumia 920 without running into any bugs or having the smartphone freeze.

Just a quick recap – Mirror’s Edge from Electronic Arts is a 2D/3D platformer that is based on the 2010 hit console game, and while it might be a wee bit dated, it is still an enjoyable romp on Windows Phone. The entire download weighs in at 132MB, so make sure that you are on a Wi-Fi network to be on the safe side as you download this.
