Wanted to buy a Google Nexus 7 but for some reason it was sold out? Wondering where the stock went? Perhaps it ended up on the wall at the Art Basel in Miami, Florida as part of The Scope Art Fair. Okay maybe we were joking about the Nexus 7 being sold out, but it seems that a fair amount of Nexus 7 tablets have graced the wall of the art gallery, a good 100 units to be exact! This is part of an exhibit called CNNCTD+100 and it will rely on the 100 Nexus 7 units to showcase works from New York-based artists. This will combine audio and video to give viewers a sense of New York culture, and if you are in the area, you can expect to see and hear works from artists such as Yoko Ono, Spike Lee, Paz de le Huerta, and Pharrell Williams just to name a few. The tablets will be running an app specifically designed for the show and will utilize Playbuttons to help deliver its content.
