Good news Samsung Galaxy S3 owners, if the reports are accurate, it looks like Samsung is rolling out an update for your phones in the form of Android 4.1.2. As expected, international versions of the Galaxy S3 will be on receiving end of the update first, although depending on which region you are in, you might have to wait a while until you get it. For those in the US who bought the phone on contract, you might be in for a wait as the update will most likely be subject to carrier approval. So what’s new in Android 4.1.2? Apart from presumed bug fixes and what not, Samsung has reportedly included some features found in the Galaxy Note 2, such as Multi-View, a new Gallery app, smart rotation functionality just to name a few. If you own the international Galaxy S3 (GT-I9300), keep an eye on notifications reminding you to update, although for those who have received the notification, do let us know in the comments below!
