A few days ago we reported on the specifications of RIM’s upcoming Blackberry 10 device, the Z10 which has also been referred to as the L-series. At that time we reported that the handset would come with 1GB of RAM and considering that high-end Android devices these days are starting to see 2GB of RAM, maybe some of you might have been a bit bummed by that news. Well the good news is that thanks to a screenshot picked up by the folks at BBin, it seems that the Z10 will actually come with 2GB of RAM which we’re sure many Blackberry 10 fans will be grateful for. Of course we expect that the official specs will be revealed in due time, hopefully at RIM’s launch of Blackberry 10 on the 30th of January, but for now we’ll take this as good news until we hear otherwise.
