It was last week when Rockstar pulled the switch and released Grand Theft Auto: Vice City 10th Anniversary Edition onto iOS, but Android players who were expecting a simultaneous release were left out in the cold and were without their version of Vice City. Rockstar released a formal apology to all Android users and announced it would hopefully get it out by this week, and true to their promise, Vice City is now available for Android on Google Play.

As with the iOS version, the Android version brings everyone’s favorite 80s-themed game with a ton of improvements that optimize the game for mobile and tablet devices. A fully scalable and customized user interface, upgraded textures, and increased draw distances are just the tip of the iceberg into how much work went into the 10th anniversary edition of Vice City.
