According to the folks at Hackulous, they claim that they are shutting down as less and less people frequent their forums, making it difficult for them to moderate and keep online. Considering that we’re pretty sure many people pirate their iOS apps, perhaps there might be another reason to them shutting down. Of course there are other means of downloading and installing pirated iOS apps on your iDevice, but Installous was known as being one of the more “professional” and user-friendly options out there.
