Going green is definitely something that most companies would want to be seen doing, as not only is it better for our environment, it will also help educate the next generation to take better care of the planet. Griffin Technology, who churns out its fair share of peripherals from time to time, will be the exclusive distributor of Papernomad products in North America. Papernomad hails from Austria and they do churn out organic, customizable, tear- and water-resistant sleeves for the iPhone, iPad, iPad mini, MacBook and Galaxy S3. Needless to say, considering how they use specially-engineered paper material in their construction and manufacturing process, they are also biodegradable, but I am quite sure that the Papernomad range would last longer than the mobile device it protects, and will definitely not get obsolete that fast!

Each sleeve is made in Europe, where it relies on an advanced patent-pending composite of paper, viscose fiber and biopolymer. Sustainably forested trees and FSC Forest Stewardship Council certified paper are used in the creation process, and each Papernomad sleeve can be marked with pencils, pens, and crayons to deliver that ultimate level of personalization. Works great for the artistic types, but others who cannot draw to save their life might prefer something more formal, tried and tested.
