The world of smartphones is definitely getting more and more competitive these days, and we were first alerted to the presence of a silver colored Oppo Find 5 last December, but it seems that the China-based company has something totally different up their sleeves. They have officially acknowledged to be working on a black colored Oppo Find 5, and this particular handset is tipped to roll out soon, with Oppo generously publishing the first official render of the Darth Vader version of its flagship smartphone as you can see above. As for the Star Wars reference, well, the ex-Kenobi padawan would surely love how the Oppo Find 5 in black would suit his armor pretty well in terms of color matching.

Also, it would not be an April Fool’s joke to find the black Oppo Find 5 arrive in stores in China starting on April 1, where you will find a 1.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor underneath the hood accompanied by 2GB RAM, a 5-inch 1080p Full HD touchscreen display, a 13-MP rear camera, 16GB of internal memory, a 2,500 mAh battery and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean as the operating system of choice.
