lg-pocket-_photo_Wouldn’t it be fun if you could print photos with you while you’re on the go? While we doubt this is what the vast majority of you guys out there need, but it does hold some novelty appeal, plus it sounds like it could be a great way to create some physical memories while on roadtrips and what not. In any case if this sounds like something you could be interested in, LG has announced the launch of the Pocket Photo Smart mobile printer in the UK. Unlike more conventional printers that require a cable, LG’s solution will connect to your mobile devices wirelessly and will play nice with both iOS and Android devices.

It supports Bluetooth connectivity, or in the same of some Android devices, NFC as well. It uses inkless printing technology from ZINK and according to LG, is one of the smallest and lightest mobile printing devices in the market today and will be able to produce 2” x 3” prints. LG will be making the Pocket Photo available in the UK come May 2013 and will price it at 130 GBP (~$196.80).
