gta5-marchGamers if you were looking forward to seeing some Grand Theft Auto 5 being shown off at E3 later this year, perhaps even hoping that there’s a chance you might be able to take the game for a short spin, you’re out of luck as Rockstar has announced that for E3 2013, GTA 5 will not be making an appearance. This was revealed in a recent investor call where Take Two’s Karl Slatoff revealed that not only will the game not be making an appearance at the expo, but Rockstar and 2K Games will not be there as well. Slatoff stated that both developers will not be at E3 but will instead be focusing their efforts on a series of events held throughout Spring and Summer. We’re sure gamers are a bit bummed by this piece of news, but we guess with Rockstar and 2K Games taking their marketing efforts at presumably events of their own, perhaps we might be able to see more than what could have been shared during E3.
