huawei-mediapad-7-vogue-fcc-02Earlier this year a press rendering of a Huawei tablet by the name of the MediaPad 7 Vogue was leaked. Unfortunately from then until now we have not heard anything from Huawei regarding a launch or pricing, but hopefully that will be changing soon. The device was spotted recently in an FCC filing for the tablet and while that does not necessarily guarantee a launch in the US, hopefully it is a sign that an announcement will at least be made in the near future. However with Computex coming up soon, we wouldn’t be surprised if Huawei took that opportunity to share official details.

In the meantime for those who are hearing about the MediaPad 7 Vogue for the first time, the tablet is expected to sport a 7” 1024×600 display with a quad-core 1.5GHz ARM Cortex-A9 processor with 1GB of RAM and with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean running the show. It will also sport WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity with a microSD card slot for memory expansion. In any case we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for more information, so check back with us at a later date for the details.
