xperia-m-priceThe mid-range Sony Xperia M was announced just yesterday, and with the number of handsets bearing the Xperia name, Sony would eventually run out of alphabets to name them, so hopefully they will cook up something fast in the naming department soon. Well, having alphabets as part of the name makes it more difficult to tell them apart from one another in terms of their hierarchy – unless you do a lot of reading up on it, of course. The Xperia Z is right now the king of the hill, and we do know that the Xperia M as well as its dual SIM model should be making its way out to the masses later this Q3, with pricing details for the European market being announced.

The folks over at Telecompaper have expected the Xperia M to retail for €239 in the Netherlands, which is pretty much in line with the general expectations of a price point between €200 and 250, which is also most likely the same price point that the rest of Europe would adopt. Bear in mind that this would be the price for an unlocked device, so those who are picking it up on a contract with a mobile carrier should pay a whole lot less.
