Nokia-Lumia-1020-AccessoryEarlier today we reported on a rumor that Nokia could be working on a camera shell accessory for their upcoming Lumia EOS device. It is unclear if this camera shell is the camera grip accessory that was sighted at the FCC not too long ago, and thanks to a leak on a Russian website, chances are it might be the same thing. A photo leaked onto the website revealed an accessory for the Lumia EOS which is expected to function as a hybrid of sort. It was act as a case for the phone, double up as a camera grip, and at the same time act as a charger thanks to its built-in 1020mAh battery. Of course there’s no telling if this accessory is for real, although given the size of the hole meant for the camera, it certainly lines up with leaked images of the device we have seen in the past. While you cannot tell from the photo, apparently this accessory will also come with a camera shutter button, a microUSB connector, and a socket which will allow it to play nicely with tripods. If it is real, it sounds like a pretty handy accessory although we have to wonder how much it will cost.
