We think it’s safe to say everyone has had their fill of Angry Birds Star Wars news for the rest of this month which started with the original game being made available for free on iOS, which was then followed up with news of its sequel just a few days after. Now it looks like we’ve got another piece of Angry Birds Star Wars news for you to chew on as  Rovio has announced their game inspired by a galaxy far, far away will be making its way to consoles.

Angry Birds Star Wars is headed to all current-generation consoles, meaning you’ll be able to play it on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo Wii U and Nintendo 3DS, on October 29 in North America and globally on November 1. We know you probably snagged the free version of the game on your iOS device last week, but this version of the game will come with 20 exclusive levels as well as additional multiplayer modes that bring two-player co-op and two-to-four player multiplayer modes to the game.
