galaxy-s4-android-4.3-rom

The first Android 4.3 ROM for Galaxy S4 Google Play Edition was leaked late last month. Now yet another ROM of this unannounced update has been leaked online, it is said to be newer than its predecessor, it was presumably build on July 11th. Google is yet to announce Android 4.3 as yet, though it is expected the company might make the announcement later this week. Just a few days back an unofficial Android 4.3 ROM for Nexus 4 was leaked as well.

Android 4.3 doesn’t seem to bring any major changes, this according to people who have tried both ROMs on Galaxy S4 Google Play Edition as well as the one on Nexus 4. It is reported that this ROM enables wireless charging feature of Galaxy S4 even when the device is turned off. Battery life and charging rate is also said to be improved in this newer leaked build. Google Wallet reportedly works as well, though only if the device is not rooted. Various bugs have been reported in a number of apps, so some users might want to hold off on installing this ROM. Google has an event scheduled for July 24th, apart from other things, it is expected to formally announce Android 4.3.
