If you own an Apple product, then you’ll know how great their customer service can be, especially if you purchased AppleCare for your products. Well – things are about to get better for AppleCare customers as a new report is claiming Apple is expected to make some big changes to the service to make it even easier for its customers to get the support they need.

According to 9to5Mac, Apple plans on making its first changes as soon as August 12 where the company will make its AppleCare chat service available for 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The target date of August 12 may be pushed back, but the report claims Apple is indeed planning on revamping its service very soon.

In addition to the 24/7 AppleCare chat service, Apple is said to be putting the “finishing touches” on a complete redesign of its AppleCare website, which is said to complement the upcoming redesign to its iOS devices. The interface is said to be retooled with large, easy-to-understand controls that resemble the colorful icons in iOS, making it easier for users to accurately describe their issue with their Apple product.
