deathwingJust last week, we talked about the Space Hulk game being released at long last after a particularly lengthy hiatus from the PC platform, and here we are with rumors that there is yet another title from Warhammer 40K’s intellectual property that might make its way as a game – that is, Space Hulk: Deathwing. Whispers have it that Streum On Studio (the same team behind E.Y.E Divine Cybermancy) are currently working on a Warhammer 40,000 game that will be based on the Space Hulk board game. Space Hulk: Deathwing was spotted via leaked paper documents which have been uploaded to NeoGAF, where it looks set to be a first person shooter that will place you within the claustrophobic confines of the Space Hulks, where you will be decked out in Terminator armor as of one of the Emperor’s best Space Marine chapters: the Dark Angels.

You would play the role of a Librarian, and as a Psyker, you would have the ability to send mind bullets to your enemies and render them mush. Despite being a FPS, it will also contain RPG-elements within the game system itself, letting you upgrade your character accordingly with four different skills trees to choose from. Being set in a Space Hulk universe, you will be facing down the Tyranid Genestealers. Excited much?
