asus-tx201l-fccWe did spend some hands-on time with the ASUS Transformer Book T100 earlier today, but that is not all there is from ASUS. In fact, the Taiwanese company has also sent their ASUS Transformer Book Trio to the FCC for approval, where in the FCC listing itself, it carries the model number TX201L which carries evidence that points to it being the very same model as that of the Transformer Book Trio.

So far, initial test documents do point out that some of the hardware options of the ASUS Transformer Book Trio include a choice of either an Intel Core i5 or Core i7 processor, where it will feature up to 8GB RAM in the keyboard segment itself, with an Intel Atom 2560 Clover Trail+ processor and 2GB RAM for the tablet segment. It remains to be seen whether the ASUS Transformer Book Trio will ever go on sale Stateside, which means it is also rather difficult to predict just how much it is going to cost should it arrive. Still, we hold to to the hope that since it has already appeared on the FCC, it ought to be making its way to store shelves eventually. Would you want to hanker after the Transformer Book Trio?
