Folks, if you have been on the lookout for a highly affordable tablet that gets the basics catered for, then you might want to check out what Walmart.com has in store for you. It is said that Walmart will carry the $149 Monster M7 7” 720p Android-powered tablet soon, with the larger sized 10” Monster M10 tablet following after. Hmmm, who would have thought that a company like Monster would actually decide to take the plunge into the growing tablet market? Having said that, what you see above, the Monster M7 7” tablet, does seem to share its fair share of sleek lines that would make people look in its direction a couple of times, trying to figure out just which manufacturer it is fron.
Still, the Monster M7 has some rather underwhelming specifications, including a 1280×800 display, a dual-core 1.5GHz processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB of internal memory, a microSD memory card slot for expansion purposes, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and Mini HDMI connectivity, a 5-megapixel shooter at the back and a 2-megapixel camera up front. All in all, the Monster M7 will be available for $149 at Walmart.com. Do you think that the Monster M7 and subsequently, the Monster M10, will be able to sell well?
