Google-Nexus-4-Review-01-640x426You guys might recall that just the other day, Google’s Nexus 4 handset received a 25% price cut in certain regions, ultimately making the already affordable handset even more affordable. It is no surprise that we have heard that the Nexus 4 8GB model has since been sold out, but unfortunately if you were thinking about getting your hands on the 8GB model but Google Play has listed it as out of stock for your region, well you could be out of luck as it seems that there are no plans to restock the 8GB model.

This is according to a source who told The Verge that Google has no plans to restock the 8GB Nexus 4 model, and that any remaining stock of the 8GB Nexus 4 will be pretty much all that is left. At this point in time the 16GB Nexus 4 is still on sale for $249, but we’re not sure if Google will restock that model or if it’s fate will be similar to its 8GB sibling. Given that we’re around that time of the year when the Nexus 5 rumors are starting to ramp up, we wouldn’t be surprised if Google was trying to unload remaining stock before the model is introduced, but either way we guess you should hurry if you wish to take advantage of the new price cut.
