no-more-leaksNo company likes to have their products leaked before they are announced as this usually tips off their competitors as to what they’re doing, not to mention it kind of ruins the surprise and wow-factor as well. Unfortunately these days leaks are becoming common and Apple who has been known for their secrecy is starting to spring multiple leaks as well. However it seems that Sony has had enough and at the company’s headquarters, posters telling employees to prevent leaks have started to go up and we’re guessing that these posters are meant to be internal, but the ironic thing is that the “No more leakage” posters have since been, well, leaked!

Basically the posters warn employees in multiple languages to follow the strict rules which are tied to prototype devices, and are to use said devices with a protective cover which presumably would prevent it from being readily identified. However despite this new policy on preventing leaks, there have already been some leaks regarding Sony’s upcoming handsets, such as the Xperia Z1 mini and the Xperia Z2 which has been rumored for a CES 2014 launch. Either way we guess only time will tell if Sony’s new “No more leakage” posters actually helped.
